Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives. The role involves managing a team of sales professionals, setting sales targets, and working closely with other departments to ensure alignment and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Team Management: Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their sales targets. Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve their performance.

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and success. Communicate sales performance and strategies to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
