We are seeking an exceptional and highly motivated Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Agra. As a Product Manager at Skima AI, you will be the driving force behind our product vision, strategy, and execution. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, understanding customer needs, and translating these insights into compelling product roadmaps. This role demands a blend of technical acumen, business savvy, and strong leadership skills to navigate the complexities of AI product development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure our products not only meet but exceed market expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Skima AI's offerings, aligning with the company's overall strategic goals and market opportunities.
• Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs, emerging trends, and potential areas for innovation within the AI landscape.
• Translate complex user needs, business requirements, and technical capabilities into clear, concise, and actionable product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on a deep understanding of business value, customer impact, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment, managing the product backlog effectively.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to development, testing, and launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and ensuring alignment on product goals and progress.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in partnership with marketing and sales teams, ensuring successful product launches and adoption.
• Monitor product performance using key metrics, gather user feedback, and conduct post-launch analysis to identify areas for improvement and inform future product iterations.
• Champion the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for user-centric design and development practices.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscape, particularly within the artificial intelligence domain, to inform product strategy.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product updates, challenges, and successes effectively to all relevant parties.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the product team and across the organization.

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of successfully defining, launching, and managing innovative software products, preferably within the AI/ML or deep technology space.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
• Strong understanding of the entire product development lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to delivery and post-launch optimization.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with technical teams, business stakeholders, and customers.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is highly desirable.
• A strong passion for artificial intelligence, machine learning, and emerging technologies, with a keen interest in their application to solve real-world business problems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
• Candidates must currently be based in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India. This is a mandatory requirement for consideration.
