Warehouse Supervisor

We are hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage a small team of warehouse staff, and ensure accurate, timely inventory handling and dispatch.

Mandatory Skills (Must-Have)

1. 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
2. Experience supervising a team (2+ direct reports).
3. Hands-on experience with inventory management systems (WMS or ERP-based).
4. Experience with dispatch, receiving, and stock reconciliation.

Educational Eligibility

1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline (or equivalent diploma with relevant experience).

Candidate Location

1. The candidate must currently reside in Bhiwandi or within a 10 km commute distance.

Preferred

1. Experience with a specific WMS platform (SAP EWM, Oracle WMS).
2. Forklift operation certification.

Nice to Have

1. Six Sigma or Lean warehousing exposure.
